Recently, JD group, China's second-largest e-commerce enterprise,and Yamato Global Logistics Japan,a subsidiary of a well-known leading logistics giant in Japan Yamato Holdings Co., Ltd.(called as “Black Cat Transportation”) jointly had anequity participation in Frank Japan Co., Ltd. (Tokyo Minato-ku), a cross-border e-commerce websitesupporter. This project was delivered smoothly and had been publicly disclosed.

Our program team from Japan Desk composed of Li Png, XuDapeng and Qiao Xiya assisted JD group finish all legal work in this programand won high recognition and affirmation of JD group. Japanese law firms whichhad established cooperative relations with Tahota also took an active part inthis program.
