China Saftower International Holding Group Limited (“Saftower Group”) successfully landed on the Hong Kong capital market by its Initial Public Offering and listing shares on the HKEX GEM (Stock Code: 08623. HK) on July 10, 2020.

Founded in 2004, Saftower Group is a well-known regional manufacturer and supplier of wires and cables, with integrated production facilities situated in Chengdu and Guangyuan of Sichuan Province. Products sold by Saftower Group include the finished wires and cables, semi-finished wires, aluminum products, and cable supporting equipment. Saftower Group ranks fourth in the wire and cable market of Sichuan Province according to Frost & Sullivan Report.

Saftower Group has a long history and covers a wide range of businesses. It has many operational subsidiaries, involving complicated major creditor’s rights and debts, and also involves joint investment with state-owned enterprises to set up companies and internal restructuring with affiliated enterprises.
